1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances. We evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to all parties involved.

Eligible for Refund Consideration:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical error
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before any work has commenced
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent service delivery

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Google’s Decision: Refunds are not provided based on Google’s final decision regarding your business profile (suspension, rejection, etc.)
  • Outcome Dissatisfaction: We cannot refund services based on dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond our control
  • Work Completed: Once our team has completed the agreed-upon analysis, documentation, or support work
  • Change of Mind: After 48 hours or after work has commenced
  • Client Non-Compliance: If you fail to provide required information or follow our guidance

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email Info@businesslistingassist.com with your refund request
  • Provide Details: Include order number, reason, and supporting documentation
  • Review Period: We’ll review your request within 5-7 business days
  • Decision: Receive notification of approval or denial with explanation

Required Information:

  • Full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence

 

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, we will process it according to the following timeline:

Review Period: 

5-7 business days from receipt of refund request

Processing Time

3-5 business days after approval to initiate refund

Bank Processing

5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account (varies by bank)

Please Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.

 

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered instead of full refunds. This typically applies when:

Partial Service Delivery

Some work has been completed but not all agreed-upon services were delivered. Refund amount will be proportional to work not completed.

Mid-Service Cancellation

You request cancellation after work has begun. You’ll be charged for completed work and refunded for remaining services.

5. Important Disclaimers

No Outcome Guarantees

Business Listing Assist provides advisory and support services only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to profile reinstatement, suspension removal, or approval from Google. Refunds will not be issued based solely on Google’s decisions or outcomes.

Service Nature

Our services are consultative and educational in nature. We provide guidance, analysis, and recommendations based on best practices and our experience. The final decision on all matters rests with Google.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, following our guidance, and complying with Google’s policies. Failure to do so may affect service delivery and refund eligibility.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by providing additional information or documentation. We will conduct a secondary review within 7-10 business days.
